Delivery is quoted separately on confirmation, based on location, quantity and site access.
*Your freight quote is based on the site details you give us. If conditions on the day are different, such as the site not being clear or accessible, waiting time on site, crane lifts onto scaffolding or upper levels taking longer than booked, or a delivery that can't be completed and has to be rebooked, extra charges may apply. We'll tell you before any extra work goes ahead where we can, and any extra charges are invoiced at our standard rates.
How it works
- Submit your order or send plans for a quote.
- We confirm freight for your site.
- We send one invoice for goods and freight.
- You pay the invoice by bank transfer per the invoice terms, and we dispatch.
Lead times may vary by manufacturer. We'll confirm your expected delivery date on your invoice. Crane or Hiab unloading is quoted on request.
What can change your freight cost
Your freight quote is based on the site details you give us with your order request, so please tell us accurately about access, whether scaffold is up, and how high any crane lift needs to go. Extra charges may apply if:
- the site isn't clear or accessible when the truck arrives
- the driver has to wait on site
- crane lifts onto scaffolding or upper levels take longer than booked
- a delivery can't be completed and has to be rebooked
We'll tell you before any extra work goes ahead where we can, and any extra charges are invoiced at our standard rates.
Site access checklist
- Clear, level drop zone close to the work area
- Truck access (width, overhead wires, steep driveways)
- Someone on site to sign, or written drop-off approval
- Unload method: crane, forklift or hand unload
