What does AAC cost across the Melbourne market?
In our October 2026 check of advertised Melbourne retail prices, 50mm AAC panels mostly sat between the low $30s and mid $40s per m², and 75mm panels between the high $30s and low $50s per m². Many suppliers don't say whether their prices include GST, and few publish delivery fees, so always compare on an inc GST, delivered basis.

How is freight worked out?
Delivery is quoted separately on confirmation, based on location, quantity and site access. You submit your order, we confirm freight, then send one invoice for goods and freight to pay before dispatch. Lead times may vary by manufacturer. We'll confirm your expected delivery date on your invoice. *Your freight quote is based on the site details you give us. If conditions on the day are different, such as the site not being clear or accessible, waiting time on site, crane lifts onto scaffolding or upper levels taking longer than booked, or a delivery that can't be completed and has to be rebooked, extra charges may apply. We'll tell you before any extra work goes ahead where we can, and any extra charges are invoiced at our standard rates.
