*Your freight quote is based on the site details you give us. If conditions on the day are different, such as the site not being clear or accessible, waiting time on site, crane lifts onto scaffolding or upper levels taking longer than booked, or a delivery that can't be completed and has to be rebooked, extra charges may apply. We'll tell you before any extra work goes ahead where we can, and any extra charges are invoiced at our standard rates.

Assumptions

• Quantities are calculated from the details you enter. You're responsible for checking quantities and allowing for cuts, openings and waste. We supply what you order.
• Panels: wall area divided by panel face area (0.6 m × your chosen length), rounded up to whole panels. No waste allowance is added.
• Standard wall: 2850 high, panels 600 × 2850 laid vertically, studs at 450mm centres, 4 horizontal top hats per panel for 50mm and 75mm. Rates below include 10% waste.
• Top hats: 1.54 lineal m per m² of wall, sold in 4.8 m lengths and rounded up. Eastland top hats are sold each in 4.8 m lengths.
• Top hat to frame screws: 6.86 per m² (2 per stud crossing). Timber frame: 35mm screws. Steel frame: 16mm self-drilling screws, same count.
• Panel screws: 50mm panels 65mm screws at 6.43 per m²; 75mm panels 90mm screws at 5.15 per m². Panel screws (65mm and 90mm) come in boxes of 500. Top hat to frame screws (35mm) are assumed to be 1,000 per box.
• Adhesive: 1 × 20kg bag per 18 m² of panel, worked out on the actual panel area you'll get (whole panels at your chosen length), rounded up to whole bags.
• Hebel panels use Hebel perforated top hats and Hebel adhesive. Eastland panels use Eastland top hats and adhesive. Nasahi and Bestari use our compatible generic top hats and adhesive. Check them against the manufacturer's guide.
• Panels are sold by the pack (Hebel 50mm: 15, 75mm: 10). A part pack adds a $50.00 ex GST split pack fee ($55.00 inc GST), so rounding up to full packs is often better value.
• Corners, openings and high-wind sites can need extra top hats and screws. Check the manufacturer's guide.
• Sealer, trims and freight aren't included.
