What should I check on site before an AAC panel delivery?

Before delivery, make sure there is a clear, level drop zone close to the work area and that the truck can get in.

Check truck access: street and driveway width, overhead wires and steep driveways. Choose the unload method (crane, forklift or hand unload) and tell Facadia when you order, because crane or Hiab unloading is quoted on request.

Someone needs to be on site to sign for the goods, or you can give written drop-off approval. Check the goods on delivery, and note any visible damage or shortages on the delivery docket.

Many new estates restrict delivery hours or truck movements, so tell Facadia your lot number and any developer rules.
