Facadia delivers orders to your site in Victoria. There are no walk-ins at the Melbourne base; counter visits are by appointment, so contact Facadia first on 03 9021 2005 or [email protected].
Delivery is by truck, with crane or Hiab unloading quoted on request. Freight is quoted after order, based on location, quantity and site access, and Facadia confirms the freight cost before any payment is taken.
To get an accurate freight quote, tell Facadia about site access (street width, overhead wires, steep driveways), whether scaffold is up, how high any crane lift needs to go, and any estate delivery rules.
Someone needs to be on site to sign for the delivery, or you can give written drop-off approval.
