How is freight worked out for AAC panel orders?

Home › Answers › Delivery › How is freight worked out for AAC panel orders?

Freight is quoted after order. Facadia works out the cost from your delivery location, the quantity ordered and site access, and confirms it with you before any payment is taken.

The steps are: submit your order or send plans for a quote; Facadia confirms freight for your site; you receive one invoice for goods and freight; you pay by bank transfer per the invoice terms; then Facadia dispatches.

Your freight quote is based on the site details you give. If conditions on the day are different, such as the site not being clear or accessible, waiting time on site, crane lifts taking longer than booked, or a delivery that has to be rebooked, extra charges may apply. Facadia tells you before any extra work goes ahead where it can.

Lead times vary by manufacturer. Your expected delivery date is confirmed on your invoice.
