Book the inspection before render goes on, while the fixings, joints and battens are still visible.
For key hidden stages, such as the damp course, wall wrap and top hats packed out and straight, Facadia recommends a visit before the panels go on, or photos taken with its photo checklist.
Facadia can only check what it can see on the day and in the photos you send. Hidden work that isn't visible or photographed is reported as couldn't verify.
Site visits are from $400 + GST (indicative), which Facadia puts at about $1–2 per m² on a typical job.
