CodeMark certificate CM40233 Rev 2 covers the Hebel PowerPanel50 low-rise multi-residential external wall system. It is issued through CMI Certification (JAS-ANZ accredited) and Facadia's technical page lists it as current, with an expiry of 07/10/2027.
A CodeMark certificate applies only when the system is designed and installed exactly as the certificate and the manufacturer's current design and installation guide describe, including the specified top hats, screws and adhesive.
Certificates are reissued over time, so always open the official PDF and check the CMI register before you rely on it. Your building surveyor decides whether a design complies.
Facadia supplies panels and accessories for this system on a supply-only basis, delivered in Victoria.
