Facadia isn't required to accept change-of-mind returns, but may do so if you ask within 14 days of delivery and the goods are unused, in full unopened packs, in original condition, resaleable and standard stock lines.
Accepted change-of-mind returns carry a 20% restocking fee plus return freight or pick-up costs.
Facadia can't take back cut, opened, used or installed goods, special orders and non-stock items, opened or expired adhesives and coatings, or goods damaged after delivery (for example by weather, poor storage or site traffic), unless they are faulty.
To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number, photos and the reason. Refunds are paid by bank transfer, normally within 10 business days of the return being accepted.
