The split pack fee is a single $50.00 ex GST ($55.00 inc GST) charge added to an order line when the quantity of a panel product and length is not a whole number of packs.
Hebel 50mm panels come in packs of 15 and Hebel 75mm (PowerPanelXL) in packs of 10. Other brands' pack sizes are shown on each product.
Example: 17 × 50mm panels is one full pack plus 2 loose panels, so one $50.00 ex GST fee applies to that line.
The cart has a one-click button to round up to full packs, which is usually better value.
