The Facadia builder portal is a free, optional browser-based tool for builders and installers on AAC facade jobs. It runs on a phone or laptop with no app to download.
Live now: start a job from a photo of the site sign, print the job's QR site sign, and let crew sign on with daily pre-start checks and SWMS acknowledgement. Every sign-on appears in the job's register.
Coming, not live yet: SWMS authoring and review, where your installer adapts and signs a site-specific SWMS from a template and you mark it reviewed and accepted.
You don't need the portal to order from the shop. The templates are general guides: the manufacturer's installation guide and your building surveyor have the final say.
