A Hebel facade is a panel system: AAC panels screwed to top hats over the frame, joined with adhesive, then sealed and rendered. Your materials list is panels, top hats, adhesive, screws and sealer from the Hebel range. Installation and render are separate trades.
For the installed cost of brick against Hebel, get quotes for both on the same plans. Compare inc GST and delivered prices, and check what each quote includes (render, scaffold, freight).

Facadia lists current CodeMark certificates for Hebel PowerPanel50 (CM40233, CM40312) and PowerPanelXL (CM40049). Install exactly to the certificate and guide.
