A bad AAC install causes headaches: cracked joints, water getting in, failed inspections and costly rework. When panels aren't installed to the CodeMark certificate and the manufacturer's installation guide, the builder can end up dealing with the regulator, the Building and Plumbing Commission Victoria (BPC).
